I’ve been enjoying Caroline Cash’s Nancy. Her Nancy is so me.

I’m reading them on the artist’s Instagram page, @cash_browns. Someone commented that Cash’s Nancy is so good, Scott Adams died. That is not true, he died of cancer. He was 68. I heard that he found out that he was going to die a year prior, and his first ex-wife returned to care for him.

I am enjoying Crimson Love very much. The colour shifting effect is nice. It’s the loveliest glitter top coat. They recommend a black base but I find that too dark. I think brown would be perfect.

The spiciest news in Singapore this month has to be the affair between Melvin Lim (of Property Lim Brothers) and employee Grayce Tan.

Their in-office tryst was allegedly caught on audio (Grayce is heard loudly during what seems to be coitus), in a video taken by a group of realtors (I’m assuming, from what they were discussing) in the office opposite Lim’s.

Both parties stepped down from PLB. They’re getting clowned and absolutely eviscerated online.

Contrast this with Actor Edmund Chen’s sentencing to five days’ jail for careless driving! Outpouring messages of support and love for the guy. Comment after comment of what a nice, friendly, humble guy he is. They say that he sounds like he’s truly learnt his mistake and that we should move on.

It’s interesting and got me thinking about nicemaxxing. I wonder: if Melvin was the kind of guy who smiled and said hi and bye to people in the office across the corridor, would they have leaked the video? What they did was quite a cheebye thing to do, no matter how wrong Melvin and Grayce were. (I know I won’t go so far to leak it to Mothership, and have all of Singapore find out about what essentially is their private business. I would tell their spouses.)

If they were friendly, the leaking definitely feels like kind of betrayal. You simply don’t do something that can potentially destroy the lives and of people you smile and make small talk with.

Do I nicemaxx and make small talk with everyone I see? I already do, but never considered the significant upsides. Much to think about.

This is the kind of thing innocent and fairly naive people would call me evil for, I think. Omg she’s considering if she should do more of a nice thing not out of the goodness of her heart, she just wants to profit off casual relationships.
